18 NCAC 07F .1111          CONTENT OF NOTICE

A notice pursuant to Rules .1109 or .1110 of this Section shall include:

(1)           the reason for the notice; and

(2)           any other information the electronic notary public thinks may help the Department to assess the action of the provider.
